Steps for Non-EU Truck Drivers to Work in Europe

Step 4: Job Offer and Employment Contract

• A legal employment contract
• Job details including route type, salary, and work conditions
• A signed employer invitation for visa and permit processing

Step 5: Work Permit Application

Our legal team will apply for your work permit with the employer. Required documents:

• Valid passport
• Translated driving license
• Medical fitness certificate
• Police clearance certificate
• Signed job contract
• Code 95 or training plan if applicable

Processing time usually takes 4 to 6 weeks depending on the country.

Step 6: Visa Application

Once the work permit is approved:
